Have you always dreamed of living in Paris or New York? In Metropolis it is possible. All floors in the building are decorated with their own exciting theme, from 5 of the world's largest cities. On the third floor lies Paris, which oozes of cafe atmosphere. Visit Tokyo on the 2nd floor overlooking Fujiyama. Or head to the 1st floor Havana, where colorful dollar grins and ladies with big cigars adorn the picture. On the ground floor is New York, with taxis and graffiti in the street scene. And if you are more into surf and swimwear, you have to go downunder to the basement and live in Sydney. See more pictures of the exciting interior in the gallery.
In the basement we have a fitness room for free use for Metropolis residents. The gym is equipped with a selection of the machines you will find in your local fitness center, and access is available around the clock.
On the first floor we have a TV room in the common area. Here are large sofas, tables and chairs that invite you to a cozy evening and movie nights. The TV has the large channel package, so it is possible to watch exactly the channel you want.
In the basement there wh have the common laundry of the building. Here are 4 washers and 4 dryers.
A wash costs 15 Dkk. incl. soap.
A drying costs 15 Dkk.
The laundry is settled together with the rent, in the follwoing month
On the ground floor we have a large communal kitchen, with plenty of space for cooking, fellowship and fun. The kitchen is locked and can be booked through the office or representatives from our residents
In front of the building we have a large green area. Here is room for ball games, fun and sunbathing. Inside the large circular hedges are tables, benches and grills for free use by residents. And at the end of the parking lot is a basketball court.
The building is equipped with access control that restricts unauthorized access to Metropolis. All residents are given a green chip that opens the doors of the building. All common areas, hallways and the area around Metropolis are video monitored 24 hours a day. The building also has a security service, who regularly passes by the building several times a day. Security service is available 24 hours a day and can always be called by telephone if Metropolis residents feel the need.
Bicycle parking is possible in our locked enclosure. Extra security for bicycle parking is possible in the locked room in the basement for an additional price of 50 Dkk. a month.
On the ground floor, Estate Partners has their office. Here, our staff can answer all questions and it is possible to get in touch with the janitor of the building. The office is open every weekday from 09.00 - 12.00.
